The gist of the investment proposal
As the basis of the investment offer there is an information from executive committee of city coun-cil in Sudak about perspective land of 8,8 hectares located in the tract of Kapsel (border with Su-dak) near the seacoast (300 meters).

The investment proposal suppose construction of an health-improving complex "Courts" not far of city Sudak at natural boundary Kapsel, on the land lot at coastal territory of the Black sea.

The description of a suggested variant of housing scheme of the ground area.
- Construction of 3 floor hotel complex;
- Construction of 10 cottages of "lux" class with two three-room apartments for two persons each;
- Construction of the covered courts with two saunas and pool;
- Medical infrastructure creation, and also entertainment infrastructure, recreation and sport;
- Subsidiary buildings and structures construction 9(two mini boiler plants including);
- Necessary equipment and techniques acquiring;
- Creation of technical infrastructure, territory improvement;

The general number of suggested complex will make 70 two-man apartments, which are 20 elite three-room double rooms of "lux"class and 50 two-room double rooms.

According to preliminary estimate, the total amount of investments for suggested variant ground area development makes 4,3 million USD, including 622,2 thousand US dollars on purchase of the ground area. In case realization of the given project in conditions of territory of priority development "Sudak" the sum of tax privileges under the project will make more than 400 thousand USD.

One of the attractive features of the suggested option is two-storied covered sports complex construction with two courts that will allow to attract as professional sportsmen, as nonprofessionals to provide year-round functioning of the complex.

Carrying out of the big tennis competitions in Sudak become tradition. Availability of proposed for construction sports complex will allow create image of international tennis sports city for Sudak.

The main incomes are planned to receive of hotel, cottages and sports complex operation. Sources of additional incomes will be: operation of restaurant, bars, excursion service, delivery of passen-gers and clients to the point of departure (airport, railway station) and etc.
