ORGANIZATION AND TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
In accordance with the Decisions of the Presidium of Verhovnaya
Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea dated June 2, 2003 577 -3/03
and the Republican Committee "The Great Silk Way" on 15-19 October
2003 will be held an international fair-festival "The Great Silk
Way" in Sudak City.
General provisions
The confirmation of the participation in the fair-festival should be
sent to the organizing committee not later than 10 October 2003 by fax
+38(6566) 2-19-65, 2-23-99, 2-22-98.
The participants of the fair-festival will be accommodated in the tourist-health
recreation complex "Sudak" (tel. +38(06566)2-10-33), guest house
"Zvezdniy" (tel. +38(06566)2-24-30), hotel "Gorizont"
(tel. +38(06566)2-11-79). The registration and distribution of the participants
will take place at the following address: Sudak city, Lenin street, 85a
in the hall of the city executive committee on 15th of October from 9-00
am till 24-00 pm and on 16th of October from 7-00 am till 12-00 pm. Contact

The beginning of the fair-festival - 16th October 2003 at 10-00 am.
Food and staying at the hotel are at the expense of the organization that
sends a person on a mission and at the expense of the participants of
the fair-festival.
The cost of staying at the hotel for one person per 24 hours in hryvnas,
value added tax included.

The additional payment for the full board (breakfast, dinner, supper)
is 30 hryvnas in cafe, 100 hryvnas in restaurant for one person per 24
hours.
There will be buses at the railway station and airport of Simferopol
city intended for meeting of the guests. The buses will take the participants
of the fair-festival to Sudak city, where the event will be held.
There will be an inscription on the wind screen of the buses "Sudak
City - "The Great Silk Way". In some special and urgent cases

On 18th-19th of October the participants will be taken to the railway
station and airport of Simferopol city by buses. Please buy the tickets
for your way back home beforehand and inform the organizing committee
about the day of your departure during the registration of the participants.
